Tough Class tonight! Started with a vigorous warm-up, then went on to some takedowns and finished with some sweeps! Kept the doors closed, trapped in the heat for that EXTRA UMPH!!! Nick Stefan, Black Belt under Rigan Machado comes in to train and help teach! Great guy...Thanks Nick!
