Great start to the new year ! As always energy was high and training was tough but everyone was looking out for one another.I love to look around the room and see guys helping eachother with techniques and stradegy in between sparring. That shows that we all understand that u r only as good as those u train with. So by helping others progress that forces you to as well. Sure there will be guys more experienced , bigger , stronger or flat out better but over time everone will benifit from the hard work and shared knowledge. Plus it keeps u on your game ! Thanks Michio for all that u give to us . I hope we all make u proud to call us your students !!!
