Functional Interval Training F.I.T. is a Strength and Conditioning class that will get athletes ready for the fight.

These classes incorporate Medicine Ball, Kettle Bell, Plyometrics all based on Interval, Circuit training that is sure to get you in shape quickly.

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Program is open to children as young as 5yrs old and we have lessons for beginning boys and girls

BJJ Fundamentals Class is back!

The BJJ Fundamentals class is for everyone that wants to take their Jiu Jitsu game and skills to the next level.  The class is one hour and focuses on Reps and Drills to reinforce the 'Basic & fundamental techniques' of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  The class is awesome for beginners but will be a great aid for the intermediate as well as the  advanced student.   

The class is 'Kid friendly' meaning it is open to students as young as 5yrs old to and will help kids that are serious about bumping up their Jiu Jitsu!

July Excel Jiu Jitsu MMA Academy Schedule

There are some changes for the schedule:

1)  Tuesday & Thursday Jiu Jitsu evening class and the MMA classes switched.  MMA class is now the last class for the day.

2)  New...Kids MMA.  We will start with the Saturday class and eventually add Kids MMA during the week.

 Afternoon Classes!  Every Tues & Thurs at noon followed by Fight Conditioning (Half hour of kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight circuits)  getting ready for summer competitions!
