Oceanside Martial Arts School Schedule for Excel Jiu Jitsu MMA

Functional Interval Training F.I.T. is a Strength and Conditioning class that will get athletes ready for the fight.

These classes incorporate Medicine Ball, Kettle Bell, Plyometrics all based on Interval, Circuit training that is sure to get you in shape quickly.

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Program is open to children as young as 5yrs old and we have lessons for beginning boys and girls

 We also have 6am Jiu Jitsu classes for the Early risers!

The Early Jiu Jitsu 6am classes for the Early Birds!

Classes are fast paced and energized with World Class instruction!

We celebrated our BJJ Kid Athletes with a two day event; Kids Night on Dec 19th & Kids Jiu Jitsu Christmas training with Santa Claus on Dec 20th!
