The Martial Art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu requires dedication, commitment, and consistency. For the BJJ athlete to accept this, one must go beyond just showing up for training...one must strive for excellence.
Art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
From day one, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) athletes start learning and memorizing formulas of position, strategy, and techniques that will help guide the practitioner to creating a foundation of learning.
From this foundation, the BJJ practitioner will continue to add lesson, after lesson to their knowledge and experience to eventually become proficient in the Art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Oceanside, Vista Kids learn Jiu Jitsu
Our goal for the Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is to have each student learn the basics and fundamentals of BJJ.
Along with the basics, children will learn life values that transfer to school and home. Each child takes home with them a positive attitude, and an ignited passion of learning.

BJJ athletes strive for excellence
The key to improvement is to always look to do better. We want all of our BJJ and MMA students to improve at least 1% every time they come in. For this to happen, a student must come in with a good attitude, focused and ready to learn, and excited to grow.
