Training was very hard tonight. Started with Stand-Up Grappling, then on to Drills, Drills and more Drills...

Worked on Tournament scoring and defending the score. kept the doors shut, the heat trapped in, and pushed the sense of urgency.
Farieba has been working hard and earned a Stipe Promotion tonight! She's a Tough Girl with a lot of potential. Congrats Farieba!
