May Excel Jiu Jitsu MMA & Fitness Schedule
Here is the schedule in effect starting May 1:
Afternoon Classes! Every Tues & Thurs at noon followed by Fight Conditioning (Half hour of kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight circuits) getting ready for summer competitions!
Jiu Jitsu classes are coed, Gi and No-Gi...Jiu Jitsu for everyone!
Dedication to training, commitment to improvement, and consistency with practice will make champions!

Excel Jiu Jitsu MMA group classes and Private Lessons, Oceanside, Ca
Had a great month of training so far!
Congrats to Conor Drury on receiving his Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt! The guy is a Jiu Jitsu beast!
Even though Jiu Jitsu is an individual sport, it takes a team to get better!
We have Saturday Kids Classes to compliment the classes during the week...
Afternoon Jiu Jitsu classes every Tuesday and Thursday @ noon followed by strength and conditioning training.
Congrats to Mark Wandler on receiving his 3 stripe Jiu Jitsu White Belt promotion!
