Rule #1 on our team is that you take care of yourself.  Protect yourself from potential injury.  Rule #2 is that you protect your training partners.  You cannot learn Jiu Jitsu by yourself.  You need good training partners.  The better your training partners are, the better your Jiu Jitsu will be.
