Excel Jiu Jitsu MMA & Fitness Academy Schedule

There are some changes for the schedule:

1)  Tuesday & Thursday Jiu Jitsu evening class and the MMA classes switched.  MMA class is now the last class for the day.

2)  New...Kids MMA.  We will start with the Saturday class and eventually add Kids MMA during the week.

We are about TEAM!  Everyone looks after one another and helps each other to improve and make the necessary jumps in their Jiu Jitsu game!
