 Laurynn is a hard and dedicated worker that loves to compete!  She is at the gym just about everyday and everyone loves and respects her.  You will always find this girl smiling with a great attitude.

 Also this past week, Jason Lambert comes in for some Jiu Jitsu training as he gets ready for his next professional fight in Bellator on November 15th!

 Also, congratulations to Nathan Murphy on his 2nd Stripe promotion on his Jiu Jitsu Purple belt!  His Jiu Jitsu combined with his many years of wrestling makes for one dynamic martial artist!
