Sunday Jiu Jitsu Open Mat Oceanside
Sunday's are so much fun! Most Academy's are closed but we offer MMA Open Mat at 1pm, Jiu Jitsu Open Mat at 2pm and Strength and Conditioning from 3:15-3:45. Since it's open mat, there is no formal instruction so most guys and gals come in to work on an aspect of their game that they want to address. Training partners will often help one another to improve the game. It is a relaxed atmosphere where people come to work hard and have fun at the same time.
It's a good feeling to know that you are getting some work in on a Sunday and improving your game knowing that most people are at home eating potato chips and watching re-runs of Gilligan's Island!
