Ray Sloan WINS! MMA record = 6-0

Ray "RAY GUN" Sloan emerges victorious over Matt Lagler, in an action packed MMA battle at the Xplode Fight Series in Valley Center, Ca. on March 22nd, 2014.  Both Warriors were game and were eager to throw down as they put on quite a show for the audience!  This win boosts RAY GUNS' record to 6-0 and sets the stage for Bellator, MMA Championships!  Congrats!

Sunday Jiu Jitsu Open Mat Oceanside

 Sunday's are so much fun!  Most Academy's are closed but we offer MMA Open Mat at 1pm, Jiu Jitsu Open Mat at 2pm and Strength and Conditioning from 3:15-3:45.  Since it's open mat, there is no formal instruction so most guys and gals come in to work on an aspect of their game that they want to address.  Training partners will often help one another to improve the game.  It is a relaxed atmosphere where people come to work hard and have fun at the same time.

 Congratulations to Ray Sloan and the Excel Fight Team on an awesome win at the Xplode Fight Series on Jul 20th!  He finished his opponent in the first round with a beautiful arm lock!

 Ray "Ray Gun" came out blasting with power and then picked his opponent up in the air in a double leg attack with a huge slam into the mount!  The opponent tried to escape and Ray took his arm in an arm lock to get the win!
