training, Sep 20-25

This week, we're going to work on tightening up the Jiu Jitsu game! Using pressure to create openings to attack! Here, Jeremy applies a wicked choke on Jaime...
Ben attacking Jim from the back mount. Ben is about 150lbs and Jim, about 217lbs...It just goes to show, with good Jiu Jitsu, equalizes the size advantage.

Now, Jaimes' turn! Jaime applying the rear naked choke on Jeremy! We worked on a lot of subtle details on particular chokes: 1)the entries 2)the application 3) and the finishes in todays class.

Grapplers Quest, here in Southern California! Competition is good for your education! Think about it!

Another good tournament coming in November! This will be a good chance to see where you are at in your Jiu Jitsu!
