Kidd and I trained this morning in SD with Andre Galvao and his team. A lot of the guys are here for the month from Brazil. the training is tough as these guys get ready for the Pan Ams at the end of the month.

David Sanchez = Blue Belt, Mar 8

Congratulations to David Sanchez! New Blue Belt! He has been training with Team Magnitude for a year and a half and has previous training experience prior to joining. David is a solid training partner. He is tough, conditioned, and smart. He has brought his weight down to about 195 lbs and has strength, cardio and flexibility to make him a formidable opponent.
One of the toughest classes! Lot's of work from beginning to end! Drills, sparring, more drills, and more sparring with a lot of conditioning built in!
