Grappling X puts on some fun and exciting Jiu Jitsu tournaments for San Diego Martial Arts competitors to test their mettle.

It takes a lot of courage to step on the mat in a Jiu Jitsu tournament that has you face off, in a timed match, with an opponent that wants to win just as bad as you want to win.
For our Oceanside Jiu Jitsu Team, we take pride and work hard in BJJ practice so that, as competitors, we can put it on the line when it comes time to compete in San Diego Jiu Jitsu tournaments.

San Diego Jiu Jitsu tournaments
Once an athlete decides to compete in a Jiu Jitsu tournament, preparation commences. Diet, Jiu Jitsu skills training, mental prep, and plenty of rest to recover from high intensity Jiu Jitsu workouts are necessary.
