Boot Camp Hill, Fri Mar 18

A Small Group of us went to Boot Camp Hill after Jiu Jitsu Class yesterday to get more Cardio in.
I ran the Stop Watch as the group ran, marched, and walked the hill! They did 8 laps in about 20 Minutes and that's after lot's of sparring in class! Legs and backs were on fire!
