We helped out with the Grand Opening of East West MMA in Escondido!
Charlie taught a great class that was structured, fast paced, and a lot of fun!

The Class was full of technique, Demonstration Matches and Lots of sparring!

Unfortunately, I was side lined because of Knee Surgery that happened two days ago :-( But I was happy to be there
