Everyone worked hard tonight! We spent an hour on Positioning, Sweeps and Attacks from the Guard. Then came the tough sparring...I am very pleased with the progress of the group! Well, more than pleased...ESTATIC!!! Everyone looked sharp tonight! Andrew and Ben, exchanging technique...
