Great Class! Got compliments from each student of how much fun training was tonight! Took the guys to Esco Sport & Fitness for some Training and we worked on attacks from the Top Half Guard. Lot's of sparring! Good Workout!

Last Day @ Shadowridge, Thurs May 19

Our Last Class at the Shadowridge Location! We have trained here since September 2004! We are moving up the Street to the Ralph's Shopping center, 3533 Cannon Rd, Oceanside, right off of Melrose.
Great Class tonight! We worked on countering and attacking from the Half Guard top + Lot's of sparring
