Did lots of drills, technique and sparring! Worked on Guard retention and attacking from the closed guard. I also worked with some of the guys on various submissions... David and Sean! What a battle...

Adam Dombrosky = Blue Belt!

Congratulations to Adam Dombrosky!!! He received his Blue Belt tonight, just under 2 years of training! The guy is blessed with some great physical attributes of strength, agility and flexibility. He has great strategy and awareness and is a quick learner. The guy is a beast on the mat! Ray welcomes Adam to the Blue Belt...
