Great Start for June Training! We did all sparring and conditioning tonight and had some tough, tough matches! In the above picture, Kidd chokes out an aggressive 180lb guy in front of the class!

Wow! Great Class! Tough one. We worked on Omo Plata attacks from the closed guard and got lots of sparring + conditioning in!

Our Special Guest tonight was Taylor Zigler, State Jiu Jitsu Champ in Louisiana. She just flew in yesterday from Louisiana to compete in the World Jiu Jitsu Championships in Los Angeles! She competes tomorrow in the Pluma division! Good Luck!!!






Taylor has lot's of spirit! She is fun and tough at the same time! Great Jiu Jitsu!







Taylor is very dedicated and enthusiastic! She has a bright future and will make a great Black Belt some Day!
