Last night, Thurs Oct 23rd, we had awesome Jiu Jitsu instruction from BJJ Black Belt Ben Ryan
The class was fun, fast paced and action packed with Jiu Jitsu training.

If you want to start MMA training, get educated and learn more about the sport. You can do your own research as there are tons of free resources from library books to internet tutorials. Watch fights and go out and do it. Also, find a good mentor and maybe sign for a free class. Kids Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Connecticut
