EXCEL Oceanside at XPlode Jiu Jitsu Tournament

 Xplode Jiu Jitsu had their first In-House Jiu Jitsu tournament for kids and adults yesterday and it was a BLAST!!!  All competitors from this tournament, win or lose, will make jumps in their Jiu Jitsu game because they pushed themselves in competition.

 It's one thing to spar tough in the academy and it's another battling against someone you just barely met, in live competition, with the timer ticking away!

It takes a lot of dedication and commitment to get to that next level

 Inherently, competitors make the biggest jumps because they get pushed!
