The only thing that we were missing when watching Marco and Ben roll, was the popcorn and soda! That match was back and forth with submissions thrown at each other at a furious pace!
It was fast paced, lots of energy and a lot of good matches during sparring! Here's Dan taking it to Andy! Every week, Dan makes big jumps in his game.
