Training, Tues Sep 27, Dan Stripe Promotion
Congrats to Dan Hoopes! On his 3 Stripe Blue Promotion! He has been training for over 3 years and like I told the class tonight, he has made tremendous jumps in his Jiu Jitsu in the last few months! He demonstrates Skill, Composure, Stamina, and most of all...HEART. The guy is fun to roll with! Charlie agrees with me on every point. Good Job Dan!!!
Tonight, we worked on Chokes from Side Control. Plus, lot's of sparring!
